Front Panel extender for NUC-5i5MYHE (Possibly Others)

Trying to connect a cable to the front panel header to add external power button/led, reset button and drive activity leds. I bought a pre-made one online but due to the very tight vertical space, it would not fit.
I ended up designing the small circuit board shown below. It uses a very low profile surface mount socket. The socket is on the bottom and the holes in the board allow it to sit just below the top of the pins.

I had 100 boards made but only need 5 at the moment.
And here's the finished product
And the fit.... almost. The shroud for the drive activity led hits the PCB. So I trimmed the shroud a bit. Shouldn't make much, if any, difference.
